We had such a wonderful experience with Tim from Bad Bugs Pest Control! He came out to my daughter’s home with his canine inspection dog, and from the moment he arrived, he was incredibly kind, patient, and professional.
My daughter was very stressed and worried, but Tim truly put her at ease. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of her questions, and treated her with such care and respect. You can tell he genuinely has a heart for what he does and for helping people during situations that can feel overwhelming.

Bad Bugs Pest Control not only came out with a 24 hour notice but they showed up on a holiday. The communicated with us along the way. Educated us on the problems they found, how to find these problems earlier and were able to pin point approximately how long we had the issue. They not only solved our problem but educated us as well. They took a very stressful event and helped us manage it. Thank you
