Honest and Trustworthy!
I called Active Air after being quoted $1,500 by another vendor for a warranty repair on my 3-year-old Carrier unit. I spoke with Brian, who was surprised by the type of leak I supposedly had, given the unit's age.
Long story short, Active Air was glad to do the repair for $400 less, but after inspecting the unit, they found no leak at all. Professional and Honest team! “Call us when you have an issue.”

Bought the unit several years ago and it has worked well. A power outage and surge caused a problem. A man named John Henry came out to service it. He did a great job. John Henry was very polite and professional I highly recommend.
