I don’t believe you could expect to meet a more honest, down-to-earth mechanic than the owner, Jordan Tortorici. His entire staff, from the front office to the young man who aired up my wife’s tires, managed to make my dumpster fire of a day genuinely better. It’s rare to encounter an entire group of people who make the whole process of unexpected car repairs as easy as possible. But they made it happen for me. God Bless

I have got to brag on the staff at Tortorici! My water pump went out in my 2016 Ford Explorer. It was my biggest fear because it's a well known issue and a very expensive fix. The engine has to be completely removed, so labor is double the price of the parts (rightfully so). They let me make payments to them as I could, and finally, after almost 2 months, it is paid in full 🙌🙌 I am so incredibly thankful for their kindness and patients. I do not know another place that would allow me to do this without receiving a call everyday asking for payment. Tortorici will ALWAYS have my business 🫶

Tortorici Automotive did an amazing job on a large repair, replacing my fuel tank and exhaust. Mr. Tortorici was helpful, professional and kept us informed of parts ordering and the overall project status as my vehicle was repaired. He worked seamlessly with my insurance company as well to support our insurance claim. If I didn't live out of state, this would be my permanent shop for all things for my vehicle but since I don't you should make it yours! Trustworthy, friendly and good at what they do!Service: Exhaust
