Jourdan Lowery you are correct about one thing my sign on the window does say walk ins welcome. I operate a beauty salon for over 30 yrs. I am the only person working in my salon and I have many appointments. Appointments come first. If I have time to do walk ins I am more than happy to do that for anyone. I offered to do your hair at a later time but apparently you expect people to stop what they are doing and cut your hair because you grace us with your presence. You were mad because you didn’t get your hair cut exactly when you wanted it. Looks like you give every business you walk in a rating. Mostly bad.
