Dolan Ward was the technician that helped me today. He went above and beyond what I expected!! He checked everything thoroughly and replaced anything that needed to be replaced. He brought me out and took his time to show me exactly what he did. Such a nice young man!!!
Kris Andrews came to my house today for termite control appointment and I just had to give a review!He did his work then called me to the door, showed me pictures of a couple of things that were VERY minor but that could develop into a major problem at some point. Neither had anything to do with termites. There was just a little condensation, and a replacement fitting that needed to be looked at. He then went up to my attic just to check to see about the copper pipes upThere then texted me the pictures from under the house so that I could send them to the people that needed to take a look.
