Had a good experience with the nurse practitioner but called back to get a doctors note for 1 day of not being able to work with bronchitis and whoever was working then (not the same provider) was so rude and would not provide a note for work. Kept saying that it was bc the provider I saw was not there and I know for a fact that this shouldn’t have been the case. I have never had issues with getting a note for work for a day with any other office and was not trying to take advantage of anyone but they made me feel this way.

Didn’t take long at all to get in a room and seen by a nurse practitioner. He was very professional and fast (I felt like garbage that day, so it was so much appreciated). All the staff was very kind and compassionate.

I was very sick Christmas Eve. They seen me, and was very concerned. I probably seen 5 medical Professionals while I was there and each were professional, thorough and polite. Making a bad day as good as possible.
