Best inflatable business around! They are so easy to work with, and Ben from Tent Tech literally saved my four year old’s birthday party. We were supposed to pick up a water slide on Friday night because they are closed on weekends ( rentals are 2 days). With a few different things going on that Friday night it totally slipped my mind until they were already closed. We had no slide and kids would be at our house, expecting a water slide, in less than 24 hours. I was able to get a hold of Ben, explained the situation and without hesitation he planned to meet us early Saturday morning, on a day that they are not even open, to pick up our slide. They have gone out of their way to ensure their customers are satisfied and I’ll never use anyone else. If you are looking for games, blow ups, inflatables, or any other rentals for parties, look no further. Tent Tech and their staff is the best in the business. Thank you Tent Tech!!

I have been using tent tech for years for my sons birthday parties, with last year, of course, being the exception. We always get a big water slide OTC. This year-I must have requested the wrong slide-or there a misunderstanding because when I got home Friday-I had a toddler slide-no one in our family, other than my granddaughter, could even use this slide. It was after hours when I called and asked if there was anything I could do. Management went back to the store, verified my account, and allowed me to pick up an adult slide I intended to have in the first place. Very professional, extremely polite, and made our weekend experience, again, the best it could be. Highly recommend this business!
