I have been very disappointed with S&R Sewing. I took one of my Singer sewing machines in for service and repair. Ended up having to take it back to them as it was not fixed. Bottom line is, the machine still is not fixed and 2 different technicians worked on it. I felt like my machine issues were not a priority to the owner.
During the back and forth, I took a 2nd Singer in for repair and it was serviced and repaired with no trouble.
I am not sure why my 1st machine was not fixed, I had even asked if it was a lost cause and not fixable. I was told that it was fixable by the person in the Boaz location, who was very nice everytime I had to call or go into the store.

Had my Miele vacuum serviced, new filter. It’s great. All hairs wrapped around rollers gone!! I will take my Miele in more often! I was also loaned a vacuum while mine was in shop. That I really liked. Sue Anne very courteous, helpful and enjoyed my time there.

Tony helped d me buy a Babylock Zeal sewing machine for our alterations at Dukes Cleaners in Boaz. Love this machine!!! We want e d all mechanical,this is. Beautiful stitches, easy to operate, sews really smooth.
