They are helpful in rescheduling appointments and provide reminders. The hospital has taken excellent care of various animals, including helping a lab with a health condition and providing great service for a spayed kitten. The friendly yet professional staff have also taken good care of multiple dogs, making sure each pet receives attentive and excellent care. Patients appreciate Dr. Tucker’s kindness, patience, and willingness to listen, ensuring each pet feels comfortable and well cared for. The staff is friendly and kind to all animals, and the front office personnel are helpful and welcoming. The office is always very clean and smells fresh, creating a comfortable environment for pets and their owners. Overall, B & A Animal Hospital is highly recommended for quality pet care where pets are treated like family.
Took my dog here for all her medical needs, even her spade surgery. Everybody here is very friendly and professional. They are very quick to get you in and out. I highly recommend bringing your pets here. They make you and your pet feel like family.
I like Dr.Tucker. He's great with my dogs . He's patient, kind and listens to what I have to say about them. He knows my dogs and always provides excellent care for them. The staff is friendly and kind to all the animals that they care for. The front office personnel are very friendly and helpful. The office is always very clean and smells clean. For me and my dogs it's a great place.
They have taken good care of my furry friends. Doctor and staff are VERY courteous and glad to answer any questions/concerns. We have used several area vet clinics in the past, but service is above and beyond here. I highly recommend to anyone who would want their animals to be treated as a family member.
