Only got one star because you can’t do lower. What a huge waste of time. Wasted 3 days waiting on interviews for the caregivers. Only 1 showed on time and was completely uses. Had only ever taken care of her own parents, smelled horribly of smoke and could not change elderly diapers (main request). Finally the 2nd person showed up and immediately asked for days off before she was hired (due to crazy family issues).
DO NOT THINK YOU WILL GET HELPFUL PEOPLE HERE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES.

I had a chance to use this services “light housekeeping” personnel. Had a few bumps in the road with it. But overall, the Owner (Russell Renfroe) made my experience a smooth sailing!! I’d like to thank him for easing my somewhat “not the best” to where he led me. It ended up being a”I appreciate your business and will do all I can to win your experience again”! I really appreciate Mr. Renfroe! He is a man of his word and he cares!! Thank you Russell!
