I enjoy and appreciate the small local doctors' over chain places. The selection of frames may be smaller, but I feel it's a wide selection of quality frames. There are unique frames and traditional frames. The doctor and staff are knowledgeable and take their time with you. You feel as a customer and patient should- feeling heard, seen, and important in that moment.

We have been patients of Dr Blackburn 20 plus years. He always goes above and beyond. About 2 months ago, he opened up his office, after hours, to see me when I explained i was losing vision in one eye. He diagnosed, gave me the meds and immediately got me in with a specialist, Dr Walter Parker at Alabama Ophthalmology, another 5 star review. Today is the first day I am able to see to write this review. Love everyone at Vision Source and a special thanks to Dr. Blackburn for saving my eyesight.

The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was personal. Everyone was friendly and efficient! Dr. Blackburn was a great listener and took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left feeling confident in the care I received and literally cried when fitted with my new contacts because I could clearly see again!
