I had an amazing experience working with Vaco, especially Sarah! She was supportive, responsive, and truly helped me find and land an incredible job. I’m so grateful for her guidance throughout the process and would highly recommend Vaco to anyone looking for their next opportunity!
Sarah Savage took me as a walk-in and has been the best recruiter I’ve worked with. I visited ~10 recruiters around Jefferson County and even after I’d thought I found a new job, Sarah calls me and offers me a wonderful opportunity. I’ve been on contract since that point and the team has been amazing. Timely responses, easy communication, and great temp perks make this an easy 5/5. Thank you to everyone involved for helping me stay employed!
My experience with Vaco has been incredibly positive over the years. Their recruiters are communicative, dedicated, and act as constant advocates for job-seekers. Christina Connell has been my biggest cheerleader, and she was instrumental in getting me in front of Birmingham's top employers and, eventually, placed in the dream position. I cannot recommend her enough.
