Came to this location today and it was my very first trip to an Ulta EVER. I was asked if I needed help by 2 employees but the second time the one employee asked I had noticed she was following me around the store and watching my every move . I noticed her going behind me on every isle looking over the shelves as though she was expecting something to be missing. It was extremely uncomfortable. I’m not sure what their protocols are but my daughter and I were looking for an afternoon outing. My daughter and I cut our shopping short due to it being so awkward. Not a good first visit to an Ulta

Received an excellent mascara recommendation from the young woman at the counter. The service in this store is very good.I bought the mascara and a primer and a few other things I needed.

I lost my sense of smell more than a decade ago but thanks to a nurse at a recent hospital stay, I found THESE! I could actually smell what she was wearing and it was warm and inviting and welcoming and lovely. Every time she entered my room I smiled. She put me on to Ulta Beauty and Nemat. I ordered immediately and have not been disappointed. Compliments are never ending. And because it’s oil it last longer. Thank me later!
