“5 STAR REVIEW JUNE 2025 ACE TREE! Used Ace 3 years ago and was very pleased. So when trees were blown down in my back yard, I was surprised at all the one-star reviews and complaints online about them. Called them back anyway and am extremely pleased! They came out timely, removed the fallen trees and 5 more I selected at the time. The price was fair, the service very professional and everybody was very polite. One difficult tree twisted as it fell and damaged 3 boards on a wooden fence. All the chopped trees were neatly piled up by the curbside. Next day the collection truck came and loaded all the tree pieces that had been piled up by the curb. Today an Ace repair truck came and replaced the damaged boards on my fence. I am extremely pleased so I asked why all the negative online reviews. It was explained that Ace had expanded by more than doubling its workforce. It took a little while to get the new employees trained and up to Ace standards. I will certainly use Ace again as needed!“
