I will never go back to this place. The man is too rough, the products they use are cheap! 37 dollars for a gel toe polish is wild. He was doing my nails so fast you would think people were lined outside the door! I see why this place was empty i should’ve ran out the door! They don’t deserve 1 star.
I went in for a fill in on a whim. Not only was I charged 75 dollars for a fill in, three of my nails lifted over a two days span. I literally was the only customer before a holiday. I should’ve known. Then tried to charge me to fix it lol. Also my gel polish chipped onto acrylic nails smh.
I’ve been here about six times, and I’ve only truly liked my nails three of those visits. I keep giving this place chance after chance, but I consistently leave disappointed.
Everyone on the team needs to be on the same page when it comes to quality and customer service. If a technician isn’t confident in doing a design, it’s perfectly okay to say so. Practicing on paying customers is not acceptable.
Spending 2–3 hours in a salon, paying for a service, and then leaving unhappy with the results is incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, that’s been my experience more than once here.
