I’ve been here about six times, and I’ve only truly liked my nails three of those visits. I keep giving this place chance after chance, but I consistently leave disappointed.

Everyone on the team needs to be on the same page when it comes to quality and customer service. If a technician isn’t confident in doing a design, it’s perfectly okay to say so. Practicing on paying customers is not acceptable.

Spending 2–3 hours in a salon, paying for a service, and then leaving unhappy with the results is incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, that’s been my experience more than once here.

I was getting my car worked on next door so i stopped by while I was waiting to get my nails done. I got dip. Not even a day later 4 of the nails have completely fallen off. I tried calling to get a refund or anything. She only offered me to come back and she would look at them but i live an hour away and so it will be very hard for me to get back there.

I went to get a pedicure and it seems they didn't do anything to me, I just got a massage and they painted my nails with a nail polish that was horrible, I asked him to clean my cuticle and he didn't. The worst $40 dollars paid for something I could have done at home
