I agree with the review Wesley Vaughn posted. You really have to be on them or they’ll disappear on you. They finished the work of patching up rodent entrance areas, but the pest control maintenance part is where it’s questionable. I’ve been contacting them for the past 4 days to retrieve the traps because I can smell the dead rodent, but no one responds. The day I contacted them I was told someone would be out that day but they never came.
Edit: They reached out to me after making this post and stuck to their word of regular trap checks these past two weeks.
Brice, Steven, and crew where all great to work with. They're the only contractors of any type we have worked with recently who were actually worth the money we paid, if not more. They were communicative, knowledgeable, and cared about quality. Even when I was a little unhappy with the color they used for some mortar, even though the installation was great, they came back out and fixed it for me, no questions asked. I have no doubt that if I had an issue with work, even though I have paid in full, that if I called they would send someone and make sure it was done correctly.
New Years Day, 2024. We heard a rustling in our chimney then some squeals. We knew we had a squirell in our chimney. We were also afraid he would die in there because it was a holiday and no one would be open.. we called the Squirrel Guys and someone was out here in 1 hour flat from the time I hung up the phone! Cannot believe it!! Caleb was so kind and knowledgeable and will be back out here tomorrow to make sure the squirell used the tools it was given to get out. 10/10 highly recommended this family owned small business!!!!!
