Upon finding a snake in my master bedroom yesterday, I contacted another exterminator that frequents my neighborhood. After a disappointing response from the other company, I called Northwest Exterminating this morning and spoke with a courteous administrative professional who connected me to Mr. Cameron Compton. After my initial conversation with Cam, I was comforted by his empathy and confident that he would address all of my concerns once he arrived at my home later today.

I have a standard contract with Northwest for monthly spraying and annual interior inspection. No issues, no problems. But then I wound up having a rodent issue. No fault of Northwest as that was not part of the monthly service. But since I had the monthly service anyway and I had no issues with the monthly service, I decided to contact them for my rodent issue. To say they were AWESOME would be a gross understatement!! I worked with Cameron. He did the inspection and was FANTASTIC!! He took the time to explain everything to me. I was having an emotional breakdown. No one wants rodents in their house. We had a great experience with Cameron doing our free inspection when we needed peace of mind on a potential rodent issue. He inspected the entire exterior of our home and showed us problem areas, he also looked in our basement and attic for any issues. He never tried to sell us anything and was completely honest and open with sharing ways we can prevent any problems. I would call them again if I had any further issues knowing they are committed to helping more than selling. We loved their service!
