Stewart SWilbanks one of the best workman's comp lawyer you could ever hire I highly recommend him I checked with over a dozen attorneys before choosing him and I'm glad I chose him he's more than an attorney he makes you feel like you're known him forever he always answer his phone when you call or return your call the same day my settlement was huge and every lawyer I spoke with claim my case wasn't worth much but Stewart wilkbanks prove diffently will definitely use him again if I have too

Mr. Wilbanks is very knowledgeable in the Workmans Comp injury area. I was worried, living in North Carolina I'd have a lengthy difficult process with my claim but with Stewart's assistance that was not the case. I only had to make 2 trips to Alabama..1 to begin process and 1 to finalize. He answered all my questions direct but not in a way that I felt belittled for not knowing the laws. He was able to get all my information and records quickly. When he said "yeah you've got a claim here" he meant it!! He even answered questions in law that I had that had nothing to do with my claim.I Can't Thank You enough Stewart!!!!
