Concentrator stop working after hour call and was told a driver will call when on the way with replacement.This was at 5:01am at 8:00am no call.Call again was told replacement on the truck driver will when on the way 10:00am no call no driver.This don't care about it customers it the worse customer service ever .Replacement concentrator still hasn't arrived nor have i heard from the driver.

Price gouging, borderline fraud, IMO. I was unaware of the recurring co-pay any ridiculous amount they charge insurance. Medicare , Blue Cross Blue Shield advantage. Get a brand new CPAP machine for $200 on Highway 280.
