Always great service here! Christina and Yas always do a great job! Although today and last month when I came in, both times it was almost too hot to bear, I wasn’t the only customer either time. I chose not to do the MVP because it was so hot.

I see a lot of negativity in the reviews here, but I can only speak for my own experiences. I've been using Jessica here for about a year or so. She has been great overall. I like the app and the ability to reserve a seat before I get there, although new customers waiting don't get it. I don't care for the prices either, but I'm paying for the service and deal with it. I can get a $10 haircut elsewhere but not the level of service or treatment I get here.
