We have to drive from Enterprise to Birmingham for my son to get his PICC line and dressing cleaned and changed. It is hard to determine how long travel time will be from three hours away. We arrived an hour before his appointment, and he was immediately seen and taken care of! The nurse was wonderful and helped me understand the process a bit better, and the sweet pregnant woman who checked to see if our appointment could be ahead of schedule was fantastic as well!
It was a great first-time experience, and I hope it continues. Highly recommend!!!

Before placing my son's order, I made sure the rep knew our address had changed and she verified it and was supposed to make the update. However, my son has not received his supplies; and I understand that the weather is bad but communicating this delay would've been better than a no call no show. I expected more from this company especially, knowing the rep called me as a reminder to place his monthly order. I should've known better because usually it's Charlotte who handles his order but unfortunately, we must have gotten the new person. I just want to know we're is my son's order and when will he receive it?

Once a month I get an order of home health supplies for my son. This company really helped me figure out which supplies my son needs and as he grows and his needs change, they work really well with me , my insurance company, and my son's specialist doctors to make sure he is always getting what he needs. I highly highly recommend this place for home health care needs and their sister store for pediatric prescriptions.
