I had a pool pump leaking. I reached out to Shoemaker Pools since they work on Hayward equipment. They came out and assessed the cause of the leak. They ordered the part and got it covered under warranty, just in time before warranty expired. The new pump had to be sent from Hayward. Excellent service but what was most impressive was the communication. Landon Shoemaker kept me informed every other day on the shipping of the pump to the installation of the new pump at my house.
Landon has been more than helpful through a frustrating process of dealing w some Hayward malfunctions with my control panel and heater. He wrote up the warranty claims and kept me updated throughout the process and was able to fix the issue. He also gave me some free chemicals to keep my water clear while my salt system was down. Justin came out to troubleshoot the control panel and heater issue and fixed it. He was very friendly and accommodating to our family during the whole process. These guys really care about customer service!
Shoemaker Pool has taken care of our pool for more than 15 years. Could not be happier. Excellent service and communication. Whenever I have a question about something, Landon is quick to respond and always courteous. Highly recommend Shoemaker Pool Service!
