Jacob did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. His attention to detail really stood out—he took the time to treat problem areas, made sure every room was cleaned evenly, and didn’t rush through the job.

The carpets look and smell amazing, and they honestly look almost new again. Jacob clearly takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is done right. I was so impressed with Lane as well as the willingness of the company to bend over backwards to help me with my cleaning problem. Lane explained things to me so well, did the best he could and was so nice and respectful - I had made a mess of an already messy set of chairs and both Kane and the company went out of their way to help- I will never again try and clean anything by myself- I will ALWAYS call them. Do not hesitate to call this company - they are true professionals in every way and Lane is the best.
