I would give them 5 stars for the service of the doctor's and nurses at the facility, but only one star for being able to contact them after the visit for any information. I need a copy of an itemized detailed receipt for my FSA account administrators. I cannot get a hold of anyone. All emails are ignored. The patient that was seen was not in my patient portal account. I cannot get anybody to answer the phone.
