I brought my truck in not knowing exactly what was wrong, the young man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Who I'm guessing was the audio technician was super nice, I got the feeling that these are some of the last people that actually care In providing good customer service and believe in helping their customers not only wanting money. If myself or a friend has any issues they are who I would say to go to.

Totally recommend this place! I called yesterday morning and they were able to see me the same day. I had an issue with my AUX port and they figured it out right away. Tim was extremely helpful from start to finish. Exceeded my expectations and will definitely go back again!

Very knowledgeable about car stereo and parts and accessories. You can call ahead and ask if they have the equipment that you need. Then you can take it home and personally install it yourself.. That will save money. They only downside is they do not do returns but take returns and give you store credit.
