Unlike many, until now, I've had nothing but positive experiences with Republic. We recently moved and I have been attempting to move my service. I am not able to do this on the app due to our home being a new build on a new street that the app does not recognize. I have been calling since last Thursday to do this. (Today is Tuesday.). Each day I've called at least three times and never waited less than ten mins....at most, I've held 32 minutes with no answer. During two calls, I received a recording that said if I pressed one, they would call me when it came to my place in line. I did not receive a call either time. Ms. Marcy Smith is amazing. She had the exceptional customer service and I wish everyone can come in to work with her attitude…She is absolutely the best of the best and I would refer anyone I know to her!
Republic services has always been a good company for me. They are very good at picking my garbage up in a timely manner and the one time I needed some assistance Marcy Smith did a wonderful job of getting everything taken care of expeditiously. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services. Marcy Smith handled my issue very fast and it was just a pleasure talking to her.
