Ms. Marcy Smith is amazing. She had the exceptional customer service and I wish everyone can come in to work with her attitude…She is absolutely the best of the best and I would refer anyone I know to her!
Republic services has always been a good company for me. They are very good at picking my garbage up in a timely manner and the one time I needed some assistance Marcy Smith did a wonderful job of getting everything taken care of expeditiously. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services. Marcy Smith handled my issue very fast and it was just a pleasure talking to her.
Rated 5 stars for 2 people in particular!! I wouldn’t still be with republic if it wasn’t for Michael Potthast. He has wonderful customer service, is very prompt, truly cares about the customer and their situation, and has worked with me several times. Also, I just talked with Marcy Smith on the phone. She was patient and made sure I knew I would be taken care of. Thank you!
