Rose and her family always do a fantastic job with top-tier customer service, and took extra care with my wife's wedding dress most recently. It looks effectively brand new. My jacket that was a memento from a dear family member was also cleaned to the highest quality, and the pocket lining that had frayed was stitched back really well.I've been going here for years, and the owners are some of the warmest people you'll meet. An A-1 local business.

They have been great!! Customer service and all. Would've been 4 stars. Until 2 months ago when they lost my leopard print dress.I inquired about it and the owner is going to ask the people who actually do the cleaning to check to see if it was left with them by mistake. I'm still waiting. I'll give a better rating once the issue is resolved.Update…. She compensated me for the dress!
