They charged 10 for $2 vacuum. How can I get a refund?

This is station really sucks . Thought I can get clean car wash . but Here you will spend $4 for 4 min . one car wash took my $18 in cash coins and then again I had to charge card because of their blow dryer which is very inconvenient to use so total I spent 24$ but they put $10 on my card instead of 4 . This is completely shit and nobody here to take complaints or fix problems .
In simple words , If you want to pay 20-30 bucks for your car wash and note you have to do all by yourself . They don't even have rags to wipe .
Never recommend nor visit here again.

I don't know why this place has bad reviews. I visited this place to wash my Kayak. I have never used a self service car wash before so I called the owner, found his contact on one of the answers here. He explained me the process of getting the tokens and the pricing. I went to the place and was pretty unaware what to do. One guy helped me out understand the process. The foam brush was good, thick foam of soap and the pressure of the water was also pretty decent, I was able to clean my kayak really well. If you like taking care of you car this place is really a good option to go and clean your car by yourself. I'd visit again to wash my car next time. I saw issues related… read full review
