There was a slight mix up with our appointment and we were only minutes away when we received a call from the office attempting to cancel or reschedule our appointment. To our delight, Mark Cline, the Director of the company graciously helped us. He was kind and helped both my husband and I answer our questions. To make up for the confusion, he waived the fee. It was truly a God send because I resigned from my job so we could move here to be with family last November from California. And we are living on my husband's retirement.
