They are horrible. I ordered lens on October 5, 2023. They told me to give them 2 weeks and they would mail them. I still had not gotten them by October 25. The only time they answered the phone, they said they would overnight them via FedEx. They lied. It is now October 30th and no glasses. I guess I am getting a trick instead of a treat. Haha.
I will never use them again. I liked the fact that they were handy, but haste makes waste.
I paid them them the day I ordered my glasses on October 5, 2023.
I got a letter today, January 10, 2024, where my account it had been turned over to a collection agency. I called Callahan to resolve it, no answer as usual....read full review
