Dr. Branch and his entire team are a dream team. They are all so welcoming, kind and very supportive. Exemplary service begins from when you call, walk in and greeted with kindness and compassion to delicateness when in the back. Even when you are leaving, they bid you farewell in such an undeniable genuine manner.
The cherry on top from our most recent visit today:
is when you meet someone in the waiting room, who lives in Huntsville Now but has been coming to see Dr. Branch for 40 years and still makes the drive… that speaks for it self. Thanks for taking such good care of our precious fur babies.

Went for vaccines for pet filled out paperwork for vaccines and nail trimming..when pet came back nails not trimmed I was informed that I should have verbally stated I wanted the dog nails trimmed..why have me fill out form if you not going to read it? Other than that great experience but won't be back.

Dr. Branch and his staff were wonderful with my fearful senior dog. Dr. Branch took time to listen to my concerns and discussed my dog’s health issues and answered my questions. He offered treatment options that were inexpensive. First time in years that I didn’t gasp at the bill. Great experience and will be back for my cat’s vaccinations soon.
