This place sucks for truck drivers. Don’t accept a load coming here. Got here the night before checked in first thing in the morning with 10am appointment. People just walking around, driving around on forklifts and golf carts not working. This perhaps is the worst load I’ve ever had to endure. Don’t come here unless you’re willing to wait 10+ hours to get unloaded. They don’t even start unloading till 10am. 7 trucks behind me and they’ve unloaded a few beam trucks but plate steel is different I guess. I won’t be back here. Never deliver to this place! Arrived 1 hr before appointment the broker claimed. I was told my appointment was 7am. That appointment would have been impossible from pick up location. The lady at the scale almost seemed happy to tell me I would have to reschedule. I asked about tomorrow and was told some trucks take to 5-6 days. It's Friday now and I been told Thursday

O'Neal is the worst company in the world to deliver to. They take forever to unload and if you miss your appointment by 15 minutes then you have to reschedule your load for 6+ days from then. Absolute garbage company.
