My initial conversation with Teri was late morning on a Sunday. Our A/C unit had completely stopped working...and it was miserably hot. Teri was great! She was very knowledgeable and very helpful! I am extremely happy with my recent HVAC repair experience with One Source. I got a very prompt response to my service request, and equally quick visit. The Tech went above and beyond servicing my AC unit…in very hot conditions…that had completely shut down. The Tech did a temporary repair of my damaged ducting to insure I had cool air until the permanent ducting repair could be made by another crew. I highly recommend One Source.
