Okay so where do I start.
I rated them 2 stars because my daughter’s hair turned out cute, however the service there was crazy!!! I have never experienced anything like it so we booked last minute and when we arrived at the shop it was a foul smell in there, I assumed maybe because of the food but nope. When I started looking around it was all kinds of stuff all over the place like food, deodorant, hair, ibuprofen, toe nail clippers laundry etc. it almost look like they live there or something. I'm giving 4 stars because they lied to me and my sister n law to lock us in to staying by saying the braider that was coming could not do Senegalese twist to justify why she was starting on someone else's hair. When after we were almost finish, another person came in and what happens the same braider who couldn't do Senegalese twist had to do them on the person who came in. Not only could she do them, she did them well. However, they have great prices and they do excellent work. Just don't lie to customers we are not stupid.

I was unraveling the knots as if I were untying shoe strings. My natural hair is thin and she tied the knots at the base so tightly that I damn near couldn't unravel them at all. Some of them would unravel into a loop and be matted at the base (I posted a pic of one of them) I thought I was going to have to cut...read full review
