I took my husband’s step mom (nursing home) there to treat her on her 84th birthday…she asked the same questions over and over and Sandy was super sweet and patient with her. She did a super job with her nails and it made her feel like a queen. I had a pedicure during that time and I am very pleased with it. We will repeat the experience for sure. Thanks Sandy!
This post is not about the service that I receive. I have always been pleased with the service. However, the hours of operation are not dependable. They are supposed to open at noon on Sunday and I waited 30 minutes today and no one showed up. It is frustrating to drive there having a limited amount of time and not be able to get a pedicure and then not have enough time to go to another salon. Three other customers showed up and waited. That is bad business practice. Either be open when you advertise you are open or change the advertising. And if it is due to an illness or emergency, have some post a note on the door.
I had an awesome experience at this salon tonight. They worked me in which was so kind, and my technician Karen might be my new favorite person. She did a wonderful job and was so fun. Super clean too!
