I’ve always had my eyes cared with My EyeDr. My usual location WAS on the parkway but it was later closed down in which I started going to the 5pts West location due to the kind of glasses I was seeking. Well I purchased a pair of 550 Cazal glasses. I’ve ALWAYS wanted a pair. We’ll let me say. It was the WORST idea I’ve ever made. I purchased them in back at the end of 2024 around November and they have fell apart over 10 times. It’s ALWAYS the shield part along with the arm ( or what ever it’s called that goes behind the ear) that fall apart. Like I was in a conversation with a guy friend and they LITERALLY fell apart. I received a text on 03/23/22 that my order was ready for pickup and to click the link to view the hours. The hours for Saturday said 8am-3pm. I arrived at location at 10:13am the building was closed. I tried calling multiple times no answer. I waited to about 11:00am to see if they were opening. Business was still not open.This was a big inconvenience for me considering having to drive 45 minutes to this location. Please update hours on both websites and doors.

Tried to be as honest as possible with my experience below:Great service when it comes to appointments with the doctors and nurses. The staff are very nice too, both in-person and on the phone. HOWEVER please think twice about ordering glasses from this location (buy your lenses from another location or online).I had an order filled in-store for my prescription glasses on November 28th for $312 after insurance coverage. It was delayed in December and had to call in to make a new order request on December 18th.
