This dealership does not pay the transporters for delivering vehicles. Having to sue them for payment of services rendered.

The service manager, khaled is one of the rudest we have ever encountered. We have two cars serviced at this location because it is the only one in Birmingham. When we came for service he basically told us he didn’t have time and if we didn’t like “his timeframe to go somewhere else.” We have no problem taking our money somewhere else but my mother likes working with Marcus (her assign services guy). From reading the reviews it is obvious that company need to do a better job training their individuals or maybe just start over with new managers. People aren’t going to spend their money and allow “mangers” to speak to them anyway even if you are the only dealership in the area. Respect is earn!

Upfront internet price is not the actual price. They require you to purchase a LoJack system at approximately 3k additionally. Drove 2 hours after agreeing to a price over the fun only to have an additional 3k added to the price. Manager was disrespectful when I confronted him and told him I did not want the LoJack system.
