Spartan Fitness MMA Birmingham Alabama
“I’m new to spartan fitness and really any kind of martial arts training outside the marines. Working with Coach Lou has been amazing. he’s clearly very knowledgeable about what he teaches and clearly practices what he teaches. Very professional but also friendly and willing to help in any way he can. i’ve also had the pleasure of meeting most of the other coaches and they are all amazing and very knowledgeable as well. i’ve heard from a million other businesses how you’ll be treated like family and all that but then showing up just to find out it’s all talk. this place is the exact opposite. i’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend to EVERYONE looking to get mentally and physically fit!”
