Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Trussville Alabama did an outstanding job for my husband’s funeral. He passed away out of the country which made things more complicated. They worked with both the out of country funeral home and our travel insurance company to get him home. I could not have asked for better service. The service itself was just as I had wanted it to be. Everyone we dealt with showed so much compassion and love.
Everyone involved was very helpful and made sure we understood the information. During all the process from the first time we met till the day of service, our family did so many changes and without hesitation they made them all happen. They are special people. Thank you Kaylee, Jane, Richard, Harley and everyone else involved.
The team at Jefferson Memorial Gardens were a joy to work with. They were professional and very compassionate and helped us navigate a very difficult time. There was absolutely zero pressure which was very much appreciated. My mom’s funeral was beautiful and was filled with so many special touches.
