I can't believe I did not review my initial visit here from a few months ago. When I originally booked online there weren't any issues. Pretty easy setting the appointment. My appt got canceled w/o explanation. I was not happy but it was due to a technical issue. Thank goodness my friend who referred me contacted Whitney and everything was resolved quickly.When I arrived at my appointment, I was greeted and never felt like it was actually my first time coming here. I absolutely love this salon. Whitney is the owner and my stylist. She always has positive energy and her booking process is easy and straightforward. Her prices are reasonable and she truly cares about making sure that her clients have healthy hair. When I went to her at other location a few years ago, I had no hair in the back. I was experiencing hair loss due to a medication. I was so scared that it would be permanent. At the time, I didn't even know that it was due to the medication, but she just happen to ask if it was potentially my meds (which turned out to be correct).
