“Ace Handyman Service to me is what customer service is about from the initial call to the completion of the job. I was frantic to find someone to install a new door to the basement to keep out a critter.I called Ace Handyman Services that morning and luckily they were able to have someone come by that afternoon.Greg, the craftsman, and Steve, supervisor, discussed the job with me, reviewed the plan/estimate, and we agreed to move forward with the repair.That afternoon, Greg began the work, removing the door, secured the opening and disrupted the critter's nest.
