My first experience was great. The inside was clean and the stylists were friendly and easy to have a conversation with. My haircut was better than I'm used to and they did exactly what I was wanting.
I always try to go to Julian, because I like the way he does my hair, but he was busy, so Katie cut my hair for me. I am very happy with it. Thank you all!Service: Haircut
Went in for a shampoo only & was a bit frustrated at first because a couple people went in front of me even after I checked in online. When it was my turn I asked one of the employees (Loretta) how it worked, and she let me know that they need to be informed in store even if you check in online to confirm you are at the correct location etc. Now I will know for next time & she was very friendly about it. She gave me the BEST shampoo I've ever had & super friendly service. I will definitely be returning to this location. Thanks Loretta!
