Gardner Landscaping LLC provides a variety of services for both residential and commercial properties. From small renovations to full landscape design and installation, they utilize trees, shrubs, perennials, ground covers, and seasonal color to enhance outdoor spaces. Clients appreciate the company's professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. They highlight Gardner Landscaping's efficiency in completing projects, from irrigation system repairs to hardscape work involving heavy equipment.
However, some recent experiences have shown that while the team is great to work with and helps clients find the best options for landscaping, there have been issues with project management and follow-through. For instance, one client mentioned an initial failure to address drainage problems, though the team made efforts to correct the situation after feedback. Despite some challenges, many customers recognize the owner's personal involvement and commitment to quality, as well as the positive results of their landscaping efforts, like the beautiful shrubs that survived harsh winter conditions. Overall, Gardner Landscaping is noted for its neat and polite service and is recommended by satisfied clients.
I can’t say enough good things about the job that Gardner Landscape did for us on a pretty significant project. Austin and his entire team listened carefully, followed through, made changes as we came up with some that were needed from time to time, and without hesitation they made those things happen so that we are very, very pleased. I highly recommend their services and we will definitely use Gardner again.
My entire experience with Gardner Landscaping was A+. Jacob worked with me to plan what I wanted and needed - always on time for appointments, replied to calls and texts, professional, patient as I made several changes during the planning stage. The two men who actually did the work amazed me doing so much manual labor on two of the hottest days this summer.
I Highly recommend Gardner Landscaping! If you want a professional landscaping company that communicates well, gives a prompt estimate, schedules and completes the full job in a timely manner, does amazing work and makes your yard sing … then look no further. Austin and his team work hard and you will be very pleased with the beautiful results . 5 Stars all the way !
