I have had a great experience from my first phone call to make an appointment, the reception when I arrived, the dental hygienist, Dr Shephard to the receptionist that scheduled my future appointments. Dr. Shepherd is a straight-shooting pragmatist who eschews the ever-present and infuriating money-grubbing “Jiffy-Lube” trend of pointing out every last possible cosmetic imperfection in order to “up-sell” patients unnecessary costly services whilst preying on their own insecurities.
