I recently had to have my motorhome serviced and found the service advisor Justin to be great. This location is one that actually doesn’t mind working on motorhomes. Don’t miss understand they are busy as is so many other Cummins Service Centers so you will have to wait for them to work you into their repair schedule.

We were towed to the facility late Thursday before the start of Fourth of July weekend. They have 3 spots with 50 amp electric and water in front of the gated area. We were able to stay till Monday when they reopened. After a quick diagnosis it was determined that we had a broken clamp that caused all antifreeze to drain out. The staff were very helpful in giving status reports, and where to buy more antifreeze, a questions, etc. They also have a dump station on grounds. I highly recommended if you need any type of emergency service or otherwise .

My wife and I limped into this facility on a Sunday afternoon in our Tiffin Phaeton with an MIL warning and 7 ECM related fault codes. Mike guided us into an RV site with hook ups at the facility on an emergency call. He was great. The next morning Justin and Kelly got us in a bay at 7:30 and had us diagnosed and repaired by 10. They were wonderful. A bad relay switch. The technician was very competent. This should be the role model for Cummins operations. Great job!
