Covington Credit is a part of the Heights Finance family. They offer loans at branches located in Alabama, Georgia, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. The business has been helping people get loans for over 30 years. Customers say the workers are kind, helpful, and do everything they can to assist. The staff has always been extremely friendly, supportive and helpful with customer needs. Some customers have noted that the loan process can be lengthy. Despite this, customers praise the customer service they receive from employees, who are very patient and explain everything well. Ms. Selethina Hines and the manager are very hands on with staff and customers.
