I absolutely love your product, Cablz Retainer. I bought a few of them at the Academy Store. Unfortunately, over time,I lost all three of them. I went back to several Academy Stores, but could not find it. I went on your website and ordered three. The whole process was easy and quick. I love your products. For a small upstart firm that provides eye glass holders that are truly better made than any other type...I found their customer support and responsiveness to be great. I had a piece break after six months and purchased another one, but they also fully replaced the one that broke too so now I have two.....thank you.
