10/10 amazing customer service! I worked with Ed and he went above and beyond to make sure I got my wedding bouquet even after the store closed, due to my own error with pick up. Will recommend for anyone from just the service alone!

Exceeded expectations. I ordered sympathy flowers based on an arrangement on the Blakelee's Bouquets website. I asked for several modifications, including using only pet-safe flowers and greenery, and adding lavender flowers to the all-white arrangement. I could not be more pleased with how it turned out, and hope it gave some solace to the family. I also appreciated a text that confirmed it was delivered prior to the service. Highly recommend!
