Huge shoutout to Birmingham Lock & Key! My Liberty Safe malfunctioned, and they came out the same day. Cody was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and had me back in my safe in about an hour. Great service from start to finish! Highly recommend.
Cody with Birmingham Lock & Key, gave me a call at 12pm and asked when would be a convenient time to come and unlock my safe. I said as soon as it was good for you. Cody replied how about today I see you in two hours and get your safe opened up for you. I said GREAT, come on.
Two hours later Cody was at my house and within an hour had my safe open… HALLELUJAH!!!
Another lock smith had attempted for two and half days to open my safe and drilled four holes in the door, without any success in opening my safe.
Cody drilled one hole and succeeded in opening my safe in less than an hour.
Cody expertise and knowledge really made the difference in my safe being opened.
